(OTCQX: MCBI), announced that it has received regulatory approval from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Department Tennessee Financial Institutions (TDFI) to open a branch at 5205 Maryland Way in Brentwood, Tennessee. The opening of the branch is scheduled for the second quarter of this year.
